Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in buying (minimum 3 years), ideally within the retail industry or a fast‑paced international environment Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and consumer behavior Initial experience in leading and developing employees, either in a functional or disciplinary capacity, with a passion for fostering team growth Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with the ability to handle feedback, conflicts, and challenging situations constructively Good command of English, both written and spoken Strong analytical and commercial mindset, complemented by negotiation skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to work High degree of flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a hands‑on mentality in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
