Solution Architect

Overview Join Snowflake as a Solution Architect to help customers build and scale data platforms on the world’s leading cloud data platform. We work directly with customers, designing architecture, guiding implementation, and ensuring data solutions drive business impact. Responsibilities Architect and deliver data platform solutions on Snowflake that meet business, security, and governance requirements. Partner with customer engineering teams to plan and execute migrations, Quick Start consultations, and advanced use cases. Translate vague business requirements into technical requirements, select the appropriate solution, and communicate its technical merits and business impact to stakeholders at all seniority levels. Drive continuous improvement of data platform services, including setting up CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and rollback capabilities. Advise on data security, governance, and discoverability concepts and help customers adopt best practices. Qualifications Strong background in building data platforms and working on data landscape. Experience architecting cloud data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency with Snowflake data platform, Snowpark, and native integration with Python, Java, Scala, Spark. Solid SQL knowledge; experience with Snowflake native features such as Snowpark, Snowpipe, and Zero‑copy cloning. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and data team tooling. Knowledge of data security, governance, and discoverability concepts. Bonus: experience with Data Sharing, Data Marketplace implementation.
