IT Retail Specialist – Gloo Hyperstore Queensbay Mall, Penang
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers‘ needs.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendations, and perform demonstrations on the features of the products to the customers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales reports, stock takes, etc.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, self-motivated, confident, and sales-driven.
- Basic administration skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
