Your goal
At Marktlink Exit Ready, we specialize in providing entrepreneurs with top-notch guidance and support to prepare their businesses for sale. Our goal is to make the buying or selling process as smooth as possible. As we expand into Germany, we are seeking a proactive and dynamic Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with entrepreneurs and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. We value innovation and creativity, along with a sales mindset and an optimistic attitude. Passion for entrepreneurship and understanding the challenges faced by SMEs are essential. Your responsibilities
- Build a network and support local Marktlink subsidiaries in attracting entrepreneurs to engage in Exit Ready projects or sale processes;
- Recruit entrepreneurs for Exit Ready projects, our consultancy program for optimizing companies to be sale-ready and achieve maximum valuation;
- Proactively contact SME entrepreneurs via telephone, engaging them in meaningful conversations about business growth and sale readiness;
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to strategize on the international growth of Marktlink and Exit Ready;
- Assist entrepreneurs in planning their future and provide guidance during the final phase of their entrepreneurship;
- Continuously improve, develop professionally, and record conversations accurately.
Your profile
- Extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and a strong German SME network are preferred;
- Proven experience working with established entrepreneurs;
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage in meaningful conversations with German entrepreneurs and speak their language;
- Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire for continuous improvement;
- Fluent in German with a strong understanding of German business culture;
- Available to work 4-5 days a week and willing to travel extensively;
- Proactive, independent, and able to work well within a team.
