YOUR ROLE WITH US

Our Marketing team drives talent and business acquisition by shaping strategic messaging, executing impactful campaigns, and gathering valuable audience insights. As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving lead acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing our overall marketing performance in alignment with business objectives.

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to acquire leads.
• Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure data accuracy and optimize handoff processes for maximum conversion efficiency.
• Collaborate with the content and social media team to craft social media content, case studies, and other materials to support lead generation, events, and PR initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
• Leverage data insights to understand target audience segmentation, align campaign and product messaging, and develop content strategies relevant to Socialbee\’s mission.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve performance targets.

THAT\’S YOU

• Strong intrinsic motivation to improve social impact in the field of migration.
• 3 years of experience in performance marketing with proficiency in paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and display advertising.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant performance tracking tools.
• A strong data-driven mindset and ability to manage budgets effectively, measure ROI, and optimize spending across channels (Big plus: comfortable with some basic knowledge of coding languages like SQL or Python for data analysis).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
