What you'll own:
- Team leadership and development of 5+ paid media specialists.
- Department performance across every client in the paid book.
- Strategy across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
What success looks like in your first 6 months:
- The team is operating at a higher standard with systems and playbooks in place.
- Client retention is up and at least one account has expanded scope.
- Performance metrics are trending in the right direction with data to prove it.
