You will work in close collaboration with our team while benefiting from great autonomy in carrying out your missions.Missions- Develop and implement our communication and marketing strategy.- Manage and animate our social networks (content creation, publication, and monitoring).- Create varied content: texts, visuals, videos, testimonials, etc.- Design and distribute newsletters and press releases.- Develop our visibility and strengthen our brand image.- Ensure the communication of a major event planned for the autumn.- Propose new ideas and take initiatives to increase our profile.You are a person who is:- Autonomous, organized, and capable of leading projects independently.- Dynamic and proactive.- Comfortable with both marketing strategy and content creation.- Capable of filming, editing, and publishing quality videos for social networks.- An excellent writer.- Proficient in the main digital communication tools (Canva, video editing software, newsletter tools, social networks, etc.).- Perfectly comfortable in French and possessing very good knowledge of German (oral and written); proficiency in Swiss German is an asset.- Capable of managing several projects in parallel with rigor.And above all...You have a genuine interest in Swiss agriculture, milk producers, short supply chains, or sustainable food.
