Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

What you will accomplish
- Professional and personal leadership as well as targeted development of the accounting team of 5 to 6 employees (including operational participation) - Guarantee and continuous optimisation of regular, transparent and timely financial accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER standards and the CO - Overall responsibility for taxation (VAT, direct taxes, etc.) - Planning, coordination and support of internal and external audits - Lead projects in your area of activity and/or participate in company projects - Federal diploma as a finance and controlling expert is an advantage
What you bring
- Education: Federal diploma - Specialisation: Federal diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent training with proven experience - Professional experience: Experience in management and team leadership - You are strong in organisation, stress-resistant and work in an absolutely structured manner - You convince with your communication skills, tact and diplomacy at all levels - You think and act proactively, solution-oriented and constructively - You are open-minded, flexible and demonstrate great adaptability to change - You have a true team spirit and appreciate cooperative collaboration - You possess a strong process vision and enthusiastically optimise workflows - Proficiency in SAP FICO and standard Office tools - French (B1) - German (A2)
