Job description:
- Accounting: - Ensure general accounting tasks - Carry out year-end accounting tasks - Manage invoicing - Process payments - Manage disputes - Manage the allocation of cantonal subsidies - Prepare VAT returns - Human Resources: - Prepare salaries, salary certificates and social insurance statements - Secretarial: - Handle routine secretarial tasks - Collaborate in organising events - Manage all contacts with farmers/breeders from the various entities - Various secretarial duties; mail merge, answer telephone calls - Prepare general meetings - Take minutes
The hired person will also take care of the Vaud Federation of Cattle Breeding Unions (FVSE), Vaud Horse Breeding Union (SVEC) and Vaud Federation of Small Livestock Breeding Unions (FVSEMB), which are grouped under a single management.
