- The key responsibility for the successful candidate will be to help manage and build strong GTPS client relationships, to ensure NBI growth.
- She/He will work closely with the GLBA relationship team with a strong focus on offering to clients working capital solutions,but as well discuss Trade Finance and Cash Management opportunities.
- He/she will work with the the local GTPS Team to prepare client pitches , and other marketing and sales material.
- He/she, as part of the GTPS client coverage team will respond to RFIâs and RfPâs
- He/she will attend client meetings and ensure follow up actions are recorded and acted upon in a timely manner. In addition, he/she will ensure that Call Reports are completed and logged in a timely manner in SG Markets/IC.
- He/she will perform regular client activity reviews to help identify level of utilisation of products and working capital facilities, upward or downward trends and ensure corrective actions are defined and implemented, escalating to the GTB Head where necessary.
- Working with the âGTPS teams in Paris, he/she will ensure that the CRM/pipeline tool is kept up to date and accurate, recording all sales opportunities that have been identified.
- He/she will ensure that all client folders on the Frankfurt shared drive are kept up to date and maintained in an orderly manner.
- He/she will take ownership of support questions raised by clients and coordinate and follow-up with GTPS Teams in Paris who will be responsible for managing and resolving the clientsâ queries.
- He/she will work closely with the central GTPS Teams to keep up to date with any changes or new services that may be launched and be of interest or benefit to our clients.
- He/she will provide feedback from clients/prospects to the teams to ensure that GTPS is aware of the competitive position of Societe Generale and other banks in the German Transaction Banking market.
- He/she will work closely with the GTPS team to provide any credit related services for clients, to ensure requests are actioned and executed in a timely manner.
- He/she will coordinate with the central GTPS teams any new client on-boarding matters, keeping the clients updated with any progress.
- He/she will work in collaboration with other GTPS partners to ensure that the clients are supported across their global business.

Required
Profile required
- A minimum of 10 years of previous sales or client relationship management or client facing experience with large companies is necessary.
- Previous experience of structuring and selling working capital finance solutions and GTB Products and solutions to large companies is necessary.
- Banking industry experience or knowledge is preferred.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to think innovatively is highly desirable.
- The ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential.
- The ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) is essential.
- The ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver quality results in a timely manner is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written and email communication skills are essential.
- Fluent German and English Language capabilities (French is advantageous)
