ResponsibilitiesGLBA is the Global Banking and Advisory division of SGCIB. It offers a global advisory approach focused on strategic dialogue with clients. GLBA offers clients the whole range of services offered by SG CIB and the Group, with a particular focus on investment banking and commercial banking activities. GLBA provides tailor-made solutions to corporate, financial institutions, the public sector and family offices. As a VIE in the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare team you will work on the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates. This includes a wide variety of tasks, like financial statement analysis, financial modeling, company and industry research, preparation of client presentations, deal memoranda, etc.During your VIE mission you will be in charge of theses responsibilities:You will support the team with industry and company analyses.Valuation tasks belong to your daily business.Client presentation materials will be prepared by you as well.You will support your colleagues with preparation, origination and execution of all kind of M&A, ECM and cross-productclient pitches.A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.Please note that it is mandatory to communicate us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation at least 2 weeks before the assignment start. No VIE mission will start without this document.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economics, Managementor Corporate Finance
- You have ideally a past experience in Healthcare and/or done a prior internship in M&A or Equity Capital Markets in aBank/Investment Bank/Boutique
Language skills:
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
Operational, technical & soft skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge in valuation
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and Power-Point)
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Frankfurt is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
