Your profile :
- Proven experience in PPE assistance is essential, - A structured and rigorous organisation, - A customer service orientation and diplomacy, - Proficiency in common computer tools, - Perfect command of French, written and spoken, - Knowledge of English is an asset.
Your mission :
In close collaboration with a property manager, you will participate in the administrative and technical management of the portfolio. You will play a key role in the various processes; your main tasks will be as follows:
- Manage correspondence, telephone calls and exchanges with co-owners, companies, suppliers, authorities and concierges, - Follow up on claims files and make declarations to insurance companies, - Convene and participate in general meetings, draft minutes and ensure follow-up of deadlines.
Start date: immediate or to be agreed
