Your profile :
- With a technical education, - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a property management company, a Facility Management structure or in construction project management, - Familiar with the management of residential apartments as well as commercial buildings, - Strong knowledge in Facility Management, building technology and energy, - Good knowledge in project management, - Organised and endowed with analytical and anticipatory skills, - Autonomous, responsible, comfortable managing priorities and proactive, - Good interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, - Comfortable with common IT tools, - Native French speaker, knowledge of English is an asset.
Your main responsibilities :
- Conducting inventory reports: entry, preliminary and exit, - Supervising maintenance, renovation and rental fitting works respecting schedules and budgets, - Processing invoices related to works and maintenance, - Monitoring contracts with service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.) and managing tenders, - Managing claims, - Participating in the preparation and presentation of budgets, - Monitoring energy consumption and analysing energy savings while considering project profitability, - Optimising ancillary costs, - Checking heating and ancillary cost statements, - Managing technical descriptions and interfaces annexed to leases, - Establishing precise and regular reporting, - Providing technical advice and assistance to tenants, - Supporting the Manager in all technical and construction-related aspects.
