What You’ll Do:

🔹 Build or expand a software development team in collaboration with a Tech Lead and Product Owner

🔹 Own the delivery of new features and contribute actively to the codebase

🔹 Drive agile practices, ensure bi-weekly releases, and optimise internal processes

🔹 Develop and mentor your team while fostering a strong, collaborative culture

🔹 Organise team events and nurture continuous growth

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Degree in Computer Science or a related field

✅ 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering

✅ First experience in leading or managing small (project) teams

✅ Solid experience with object-oriented programming (ideally .NET C# – Java switchers welcome!)

✅ Familiarity with web frameworks, HTML5, and CSS

✅ Excellent communication skills in English, German is desirable

Nice to Have:

✨ Previous leadership experience

✨ Experience with Angular, RESTful APIs, or MongoDB
