About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution across Toloka B2B products, which include the Toloka platform and Tendem.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end product funnel and lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to scale our existing platform solutions and introduce an ambitious new product to our global enterprise ecosystem.

What will you do:

• Identify significant near- and long-term opportunities and define product strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform success/failure. Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to optimise the current value proposition and drive continual improvement and innovation.
• Drive product development with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
• Design and own the end-to-end funnel: from marketing to onboarding, activation, first and recurring payments.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of Product management experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Experience navigating through the full product life cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing acquisition–activation–monetization funnels, ideally in early-stage products.
• Strong data literacy: ability to define metrics, read dashboards, and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative input.
• Proven record of leading a cross-functional group (Marketing, Tech, Operations) around the user and revenue goals, not around functions.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to clearly articulate hypotheses, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Hands‑on, “roll up sleeves” mindset: comfortable manually refining processes after soft launch and iterating quickly.
