As a Dedicated Sales Support Executive, you'll be supporting Luccas Lovett , Max Crook & George Bell as part of a 3:1 setup as they manage a long-standing and well-established set of accounts that require additional support. This role is key in helping maximise GP while continuing to deliver an excellent client experience.
As Dedicated SalesSupport Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Account management; quotations; regular customer contact; understanding strategy leading to project-based work
- Dealing with demanding customers, turning queries around quickly and accurately
- Proactively managing renewals and working with specialist teams for opportunities to upsell
- Understanding the different nuances and expectations of each customer
- Initiating and developing relationships with the vendor account management team, channel partners and distribution
What we need from you
- Sales Support experience is a must for this role.
- An excellentcommunicator who is highly organised and resourceful with a strong ability to use their initiative
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with colleagues, customers, and partners
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- A thorough understanding of Softcat's vast portfolio of products and services
- Must currently work in a sales support role
