We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner & Product Manager to lead high-impact cooperation initiatives with key web game platform partners. This role focuses on overseeing account management, driving integration projects, and managing game product features to ensure seamless execution and sustained growth across platforms. You will play a pivotal role in aligning platform capabilities with game feature enhancements, managing cross-functional teams, and developing deep relationships with our strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Partner Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for web game platform partners, building and maintaining relationships to ensure alignment on mutual objectives, project timelines, and feature rollouts.
- Cooperation Project Management : Lead integration projects by coordinating with internal teams and partners on initiatives such as feature integration, platform compatibility, and cross-platform connections. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful project outcomes.
- Product Feature Management : Collaborate closely with game development teams to design, prioritize, and launch new game features that resonate with platform audiences. Oversee the feature roadmap, providing feedback and adjustments based on partner insights and user feedback.
- Platform Expansion & Optimization : Identify opportunities to expand onto new platforms or enhance performance on current ones. Drive initiatives to optimize gameplay, user retention, and engagement specific to each partner platform.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze platform metrics and game performance data to make informed product adjustments. Use insights to optimize gameplay experience and refine feature deployment across platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (development, QA, data analysis) to streamline communication, set project expectations, and deliver on partner needs, ensuring that all project milestones and KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or product management roles within the gaming or web platforms industry.
- Proven experience managing platform partnerships, ideally in web or social gaming, with a strong focus on driving feature integration and enhancing platform compatibility.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in data-driven product management, with a keen understanding of game metrics, user engagement, and platform-specific performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day project requirements, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
