- Support and gradually take ownership of customer implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and handover to Customer Support.
- Coordinate project activities between customers, consultants, developers, support teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with customer project managers and actively contribute to project success.
- Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure transparent communication between all project stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative and solution-oriented project environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within software, IT, digital transformation, or implementation projects.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Alternatively, equivalent professional experience gained through a technical or business background.
- Experience coordinating project activities, stakeholders, or project teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Excellent German skills and good English communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
