As a Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for driving joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You work closely with Sales, Alliances, and Marketing to translate partnerships into measurable business impact. Mission: Turn partnerships into a scalable growth and demand engine. ## What you can expect: Co-Marketing & Campaign Execution - Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns (events, webinars, digital, content) with partners - Develop co-branded content (case studies, solution briefs, campaigns) - Activate partner channels to increase reach and demand generation Partner Collaboration & Enablement - Act as the main marketing contact for partners - Work with Partner Managers and Sales to align joint GTM activities - Enable partners with messaging, assets, and campaign toolkits Pipeline & Revenue Focus - Drive lead generation and pipeline through partner programs - Translate marketing activities into sales-relevant outcomes (meetings, opportunities) - Support co-selling motions and joint account development Program Management - Manage partner marketing plans, calendars, and budgets - Coordinate campaigns across internal teams and external partners - Ensure consistent execution across channels and regions Performance & KPIs - Track and report on partner pipeline contribution, campaign ROI and lead quality, and partner engagement - Optimize programs based on data and performance insights ## ## What we are looking for: - 3–5 years in B2B Marketing or Partner Marketing - Experience with co-marketing programs and campaigns - Strong understanding of sales alignment and pipeline generation - Strong project and stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Hands-on mindset with execution focus - Nice to Have: Experience with technology partners / alliances (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, consultancies) and Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) **Working Model** - Part-time: 40–80% - High flexibility, focused on priority partners and key initiatives - Strong ownership with visible impact on pipeline and growth ## Ready for your next adventure?
