About the roleIn this role, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs for global clients across various industries, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and high customer satisfaction within our team in Germany.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in building long-term client relationships and supporting SoftServe’s growth in the German market. You will operate in an international environment and contribute to both delivery excellence and business development.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are metManage and align multiple projects within the program with business goals and client expectationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsorsDrive program governance, risk management, and mitigation strategiesEnsure clear and effective communication across all teams and stakeholder levelsCoordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zonesMonitor program performance and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencySupport pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentationsMentor and guide project managers and delivery teamsRequirements8+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or digital servicesProven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environmentStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities effectivelyStrong experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivery excellenceFluent German (mandatory) and strong English proficiencyPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related fieldSoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
