To lead our client success efforts in the DACH region, we are seeking an experienced General Manager DACH, Senior Vice President who will report directly to the EMEA President and oversee the following organization:
- Client Success Organization
- CTO Organization (matrix)
- Marketing Organization (matrix)
- Partnership Organization (matrix)
IF YOU ARE
- An experienced leader with 10+ years in leading delivery, consulting, or client-facing organizations in software outsourcing or related industry with enterprise client experience
- Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, Business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
- A seasoned business leader focused on managing key leaders and controlling all resources necessary to deliver a premium client experience, including delivery, sales, and client farming
- Passionate about developing business leaders with a proven track record
- Skilled in developing strategic sales with corporate clients
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and working with international teams
- Knowledgeable in software development principles and current technologies, including mobile and cloud
- Experienced in a specific business domain (e.g., retail, insurance) to assist in developing vertical business
- Proficient in P&L management and budgeting
- An excellent client-facing professional with strong management skills and a focus on people development
- A business-driven individual with exceptional communication abilities
- Experienced in overseeing and developing teams
- Holding Six Sigma or similar certifications (desirable)
- Possessing relevant certifications in client success, project management, or leadership (e.g., CSAP, PMP, Lean, Lean Six Sigma) as advantageous
AND YOU WANT TO
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Oversee all aspects of client experience to ensure their complete success
- Manage Profit and Loss responsibilities, delivering targeted revenue and profit while driving a premier client experience
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top Senior Executives within your portfolio of companies
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues and act as the primary closer for your team
- Balance investments in client growth with operating costs while maintaining a best-in-class NPS
- Build client relationships as needed to support the Client Success Leader at senior levels
- Contribute to client portfolio success by actively participating in client strategy sessions as needed
- Develop and mentor your team to become successful business leaders managing their client portfolios
- Hire and train additional Leaders as the portfolio expands
- Build and maintain a cohesive team where Leaders collaborate effectively across SoftServe to achieve success
- Ensure a premium employee experience by attracting and nurturing top talent
- Collaborate with other SVPs of Client Success to share resources and implement best practices
- Act as a member of the President’s team to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
