- Online, social media & SEO marketing: Website management, content creation and on-page/off-page optimisation (Word Press, German/English), as well as independent social media and campaign management (Linked In, Instagram, etc.), including tool analysis (Google Analytics, Seobility, Rank Math).
- Email marketing & CRM: Creation, dispatch and performance measurement of mass mailings (German/English) as well as maintenance and optimisation of the customer database (Odoo).
- Creation of graphics and HR job advertisements in accordance with corporate identity guidelines (Adobe Illustrator/In Design).
- Event marketing & sales support: End-to-end organisation and evaluation of (career) fairs, conferences and webinars, as well as lead follow-up and market monitoring for the sales team.
- Supervision of apprentices and interns.
- Your expertise
- A degree in marketing, communication or media, or a successfully completed vocational qualification and professional experience in the field of marketing.
- Substantial experience in using CMS systems (Word Press) and CRM/email marketing tools (e. g. Odoo).
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Illustrator and In Design) and MS Office (Power Point).
- Good knowledge of SEO and web analytics (e. g. Google Analytics).
- A structured approach, strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in German and very good written and spoken English.
