We are seeking a talented and experienced (Senior) UX/UI Designer* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate* will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing B2B software products. As a (Senior) UX/UI Designer*, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centric solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for high-impact projects, from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Develop intuitive and efficient user interfaces that simplify workflows and enhance productivity, while creating design concepts, user journeys, and interaction designs that align user needs with business objectives.
- Translate customer needs into well-thought-out design solutions, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct extensive user testing and analyze user feedback to gain insights, track usage and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design intuitive data visualization interfaces that help users interpret complex process analytics.
- Work closely with product designers, developers, product managers, and professionals to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet industry requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and developers on the team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve our design processes and outcomes.
- Experience working in an agile environment and thinking about how to quickly learn from and iterate with customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent user interface across all products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Data Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in software product design, with exposure to B2B, B2C, SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise application designs with expertise in user-centered design principles.
- Proficient in modern, advanced design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically from a user’s perspective.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and engaging designs.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to justify and defend design decisions.
- Ability to interpret user research data and translate it into actionable design improvements.
- Experience designing interfaces that present complex data in an accessible manner.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with business process management, process mining, or related fields.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks like React or UI libraries such as Microsoft Fluent UI.
- Understanding of the technical limitations and opportunities within development frameworks to optimize the handover from design to engineering.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise software market and trends.
