As our Product Manager, you\’ll have the opportunity to shape something big in a rapidly growing market. Tasks Drive product strategy and roadmap execution in collaboration with founders, ensuring successful delivery with our engineering team Lead our product discovery process: work with the product team to identify and validate customer problems, transforming insights into scalable solutions for our standardized product Own the hands-on product development: define product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with engineering Build deep customer understanding: work directly with users to identify needs and validate if they can be met through existing capabilities or product evolution Ensure internal alignment through regular collaboration with founders to shape, communicate and execute our product vision Drive continuous improvement by managing user feedback and maintaining a well-prioritized engineering backlog Requirements We\’re looking for someone who: Brings 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS/cloud products Has proven experience working with cross-functional agile teams Excels at stakeholder management across leadership, UX, customer success and sales Stays calm under pressure and constructively handles fast changes, strong opinions and multiple priorities Takes a pragmatic approach to balancing customer needs with business goals Is fluent in both English and German It\’s a plus if you have: Experience with AI-powered products and understanding of GenAI Background in Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance or IT Procurement Benefits Attractive compensation package including employee stock options Opportunities for professional growth 30 days of vacation and day off on your birthday Modern office space in Berlin Home-Office allowance, budget for self-improvement, and other perks Contribution to a Gympass subscription Dedicated time for learning & innovation The best popcorn in town Closing Ready to make an impact?
