They lead our transformation, encouraging innovation and efficiency for thousands of SoftwareOne employees worldwide. #DrivenToDeliver #IgniteTheMagic Join our IT & Solutions team as Software Architect (gn) Solution Architecture | Service Automation Platform Position: Full-time | Working model: remote or hybrid | Contract: permanent Primary responsibilities include: Designing the architecture of the Service Automation Platform, including custom-developed applications like Configure Price Quote (CPQ) System, Price Book App, Solution Catalog App, and Automation Middleware within the service landscape. Collaborating with stakeholders such as business teams, process designers, and development teams. Ensuring operational requirements like performance, security, and usability are defined and met. Presenting and documenting solution designs. Guiding development teams during implementation of designs. Aligning designs with the overall IT strategy. Qualifications and Skills: Experience in Software Solution Architecture. Practical knowledge of custom software development using Microsoft .NET (C#) and Angular stack. Deep understanding of Cloud Environments (Azure Cloud), focusing on PaaS, including Serverless compute, API Management, and Storage. Strong expertise in Web-API Design (OpenAPI) in distributed environments. Your Key Abilities: Balancing technical debt with new feature development. Problem-solving using logic and creativity, anticipating future issues. Analyzing data to identify patterns and draw conclusions. Applying agile practices to evolving architectures.
