As a Business Consultant in the internal IT team of SoftwareOne, you will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of our core business services, aligning with our vision and strategy. You will collaborate closely to support our digital roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience within Inside Sales or Operations Management (3+ years) with Microsoft D365 Sales (CRM) is a must.
  • Experience with Finance & Operations (ERP) including Quoting systems and sales operations processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 14 is a plus).
  • A proactive, confident, and outgoing personality will help you build positive relationships and gain respect within the SoftwareOne community.
  • Your expertise in local and regional markets will make you the go-to person for a broad range of internal stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should also bring:

  • Deep understanding of sales processes and operations
  • Multi-year experience as Inside Sales Manager or Operations Manager
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Capability to provide training and support for new systems
  • Self-organization skills are essential
  • English is the company language; German is a plus
