Overview
In this role you lead SoftwareOne’s regional Services delivery across the DACH area, overseeing a sizable, multi-disciplinary team and a substantial Services P&L. You will align execution with the global operating model, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure high-quality delivery and measurable business impact. You’ll shape customer outcomes through proactive governance, innovation, and scalable delivery capabilities. This is a strategic, executive-facing role that combines business ownership with delivery excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the delivery of Professional, Managed, and Support Services across DACH with consistent execution and governance alignment
- Optimize regional, remote, and partner delivery to balance outcomes, scale, and profitability
- Drive customer adoption and transformation outcomes with measurable business impact
- Own regional Services performance including P&L, forecasting, revenue recognition, costs, investments, and KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, vendors, and executive customers to grow Services and deliver strategic engagements
- Lead risk, escalation, SLA, and governance management to protect satisfaction and performance
- Drive innovation, automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality and scalability
- Align regional execution with portfolio strategy and Centres of Excellence framework
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams and foster knowledge sharing
- Act as an executive leader and role model, promoting accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement
