You will play a key role in strengthening our security posture by enforcing identity governance, access controls and compliance processes.Design, implement and manage IAM solutionsDevelop and maintain user lifecycle processesConfigure role-based access control and least privilege modelsIntegrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and Cloud platformsMonitor and audit access activities to ensure compliance with security policies and regulationsCollaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement identity solutionsPerform identity risk assessments and recommend improvementsTroubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical supportMaintain documentation and contribute to best practices and standardsYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related fieldHands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms : Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArkStrong understanding of authentication protocols : SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAPExperience with Active Directory and Cloud identity servicesKnowledge of security frameworks and standards : ISO 27001, NISTStrong scripting skills are a plus : PowerShell, PythonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentAttention to detail and security mindsetFluency in French and good command English are requiredWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Sogeti, we embrace diversity and inclusion, collaborate, and celebrate together.
