The Internship...
We are searching for an People & Development Trainee, who is enrolled in a study program, which requires a mandatory internship.
This internship equips you with hands-on experiences starting in January 2027, paid.
You will learn to support the People & Development department administratively and operationally with the following tasks:
- Administration of job applications and organization of interviews
- Contact person for employees as well as processing requests
- Active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee
- Supporting the implementation, compliance with all company processes and standards
- Maintenance of employee databases
- Planning and organizing employee events and trainings, creating posters, maintaining internal communication platform 'Workvivo by Zoom'.
- Support on ad hoc projects assigned by the People & Development Manager
