Available permanent positionsBecause a good balance between professional and private life is essential, working days are defined upon engagement:1 position at 50%: work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as every other weekend; 1 position at 50%: work on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as every other weekend; 1 position at 60%: work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as every other weekend. We are also strengthening our night poolWe are also looking for CRS, ASA and ASSC health care assistants wishing to carry out night interventions according to their availability.This option may particularly suit professionals who wish to: supplement a main activity; work mainly at night; maintain someflexibility; gradually integrate the home care sector. Your role with our patientsDepending on your training and skills, you will be called upon to: support patients in daily living activities; provide hygiene, comfort, and preventive care; promote autonomy and staying at home; establish a relationship of trust with the patient and their relatives; observe the evolution of the patient’s general condition; identify and communicate any important information or changes; collaborate closely with nurses, ASSC, and network partners; ensure rigorous traceability of your interventions in the care record; respect the habits, choices, privacy, and dignity of each person supported. The profile we are looking forYou are a reliable, caring, and attentive person for whom caring is not limited to performing a series of tasks.You have: a recognised CRS health care assistant certificate, an AFP in care and support, or a CFC in ASSC; ideally, someinitial experience in home care; a good ability to work independently; a true team spirit and good communication skills; good command of French, both spoken and written; ease with IT tools and digital care records; a valid driving licence and a personal vehicle. For the night pool, you are also autonomous, responsive, and comfortable with night work.
