Exchanges are direct, ideas are listened to, and every employee can contribute to the development of the service.MissionsYou will ensure mental health care for:- children- adolescents- adults- elderly peopleYou will notably be required to:- perform mental health nursing assessments- develop individualized care plans- ensure therapeutic follow-ups at home- support caregivers when necessary- collaborate with attending physicians, psychologists, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and the entire network- participate in interdisciplinary meetings- actively contribute to the development of our mental health sectorThe profile we are looking forWe are looking above all for a personality.A person who is autonomous, caring, committed, capable of creating a quality therapeutic relationship, and wanting to build a professional project over several years.You possess:- a nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland;- experience in mental health (minimum years desired);- ease in caring for clients of all ages;- excellent communication skills and autonomy;- a driver's license.Experience in adult, addiction, or community psychiatry constitutes a real asset.Activity areaIn order to gradually develop your skills, interventions will be distributed between:- the Lausanne region;- the Riviera.Mobility is essential during the integration phase.
