Junior Event Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Event Manager for one of our clients in the Frankfurt area.

Your tasks are:

1. Organisation of the event in Portugal in October (300 people +)
2. Coordination and communication with event agency, catering planning, establishing the equipment, furniture, lights
3. Start email campaign, produce print material / videos
4. Relationship sponsor management
5. Willingness to work partly in Lisbon

Must-haves

1. 3-8 years experience as an event manager
2. Reference projects with similar tasks
3. English/German

Willingness to travel (Lisbon/Portugal). Portuguese would be a plus.
