Job Description

The Head of the Products and Technologies Office is responsible for driving the company’s product and technology strategies. Leading a team of Product Owners and Key Technology Managers, this role oversees the entire product lifecycle and champions the adoption of critical technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Products and Technologies collaborates closely with the Operational Divisions, the Sales and Business Development Office, and external stakeholders to deliver market-driven products and ensure the adoption of strategic technologies.

The responsibilities for this position are:

• Product Development and Sales
  • Define and lead the execution of the company’s product strategy, in close collaboration with the CEO.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of products, including concept/ideation, planning, development, deployment, support, and retirement.
  • Coordinate with Operational Divisions and third parties as needed to support product development and delivery.
  • Lead and oversee the marketing and sales of products, including promotion, lead generation, relationship building, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Work in partnership with the Sales and Business Development Office to leverage their expertise and enable cross-selling opportunities.
• Technology Leadership
  • Define and lead the execution of the company’s technology strategy, in close collaboration with the Operational Divisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer technology preferences to inform strategic decisions. Identify key technologies critical to the company’s competitiveness.
  • Promote the adoption of these technologies across the company.

The qualifications for this position are:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in product and technology leadership, preferably within the space industry.
• Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) in managing product lifecycles and implementing innovative technologies.
• Proven ability to manage teams, including Product Owners and Key Technology Managers. Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-driven solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards. A good command of English, both written and spoken.

We follow a hybrid scheme with 2 days (or more if you wish to) in the office and the remaining days from home.
