The Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the development of technical and management solutions in response to U.S. Government RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, and task order requests. This individual will translate customer requirements into compelling, compliant, and differentiated solutions aligned with the company’s capabilities and growth strategy. /p /brpThe ideal candidate has bat least 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect supporting DoD programs /b, with a strong background in proposal development, solution design, technical writing, and capture support within the government contracting environment. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead solution development for responses to Federal and DoD RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQ task orders /li /brliAnalyze solicitations (Sections L M, PWS/SOW/SOO, attachments) and identify technical, management, and compliance requirements /li /brliDevelop end-to-end technical and management approaches aligned to customer mission needs /li /brliTranslate government problems into executable, innovative solutions leveraging company capabilities /li /brliCollaborate with other solutions architects, Proposal Managers, SMEs, pricing, and operations teams as needed /li /brliDraft technical volumes, management volumes, executive summaries, and proposal artifacts /li /brliDevelop solution graphics, process flows, CONOPS diagrams, and organizational structures to meet the requirements of the proposal response /li /brliEnsure solution alignment with evaluation criteria and discriminators /li /brliParticipate in color team reviews and incorporate feedback /li /brliSupport oral presentations and technical discussions as required /li /brliContribute to win themes and value proposition development /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect supporting U.S. Government contracts /li /brliDirect experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense.
