What You’ll Do
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy tailored to students’ IEP goals
- Conduct insightful assessments and evaluations to determine communication needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for lasting student success
- Track student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and allied professionals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting team-based approaches to achievement
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Delaware SLP licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
