- Planning,controlandallocationofprojectbudgets.
- Closecommunicationwithinternal/externalprojectstakeholders.
- Forecastingtheproject'sgrowthanddecline.
- Constantmonitoringandimprovementofteamperformancemetrics.
- PerformingRFPanalysis.
- Preparinganevaluationoftheproposedsolution.
- Preparingacommercialproposalfortheclient(includingpresentation).
- Teambuildingandmanagingprojecttimelines.
- Coaching,mentoring,motivatingandsupervisingsupervisedprojects.
- Communicatingregularlywithcustomersonbusinessdevelopment,strategiesandobjectives.
- Maintainingreports and necessary documentation for customers.

Must-haves:
- ExperienceofITprojectmanagementfor2+years(planning,scheduling,projectcommunication,problemsolving,changeandriskmanagement).
- Experienceasa Delivery Managerfor1+years.
- Solidunderstandingofprojectmanagementincludingvariousmethodologiesandtools.
- ExperienceofmanagingprojectsundervariousAgilecontractsandFixPrice.
- Good technical experience (previouswork as a QA, Developer, etc.).
- Experienceindifferentdomains(fintechorhealthcare).
- Practical knowledge of Agile, software product development life cycle model (SDLC).
- Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques, experience in requirements management.
- Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
- Level of German – Upper-Intermediate and above.
