The company employs around 1,400 people across its 13 locations and sells its products in over 50 countries worldwide.This Field Development Specialist, KeriMedical (FDS) plays a crucial role in ensuring positive surgical outcomes through hands‑on medical education and clinical support. This position requires experience in surgery or a clinical setting, with experience in sales and account management highly preferred.*Please note: Candidate must reside near a major airport hub*Your responsibilitiesParticipate in surgical procedures to assist healthcare professionals with proper use of the TOUCH CMC 1 Total Joint ProsthesisConduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionalsEnsure surgeon insights and feedback are shared with marketing and product development teams in alignment with the legal manufacturerParticipate and assist in executing comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals and sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of productsBuild and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholdersClose collaboration with sales leadership and regional management to build a strategic business plan to include activities to support the revenue growth objective and training requirements of respective territoryDevelop and execute plans to expand market presence and increase product adoptionStay updated on latest clinical advancements and incorporate relevant findings into product positioningEnsure all activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelinesCollaborate with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs to navigate and address any compliance issuesAll other tasks assigned by manager based on business needs3+ years experience in surgery or other clinical setting; orthopedic operating room preferredMedical education, sales, or sales training experienced highly encouragedExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with surgeons, operative staff, and hospital administratorsStrong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skillsResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding corporate goalsWhat we offerThis is an integral, responsible and diversified role with a focus on quality and service provision in a rapidly growing, international company.For further information please visit our Website #J-18808-Ljbffr
