Your Role: International Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Site Manager to oversee our PV sites in Germany and abroad. In this pivotal role, you will lead the construction of large-scale solar installations for corporate clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the construction of solar installations from start to finish.
  • Create and oversee project plans, balancing quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage suppliers and subcontractors on-site.
  • Monitor multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance across all projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive mindset and a responsible approach to work.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Hands-on technical experience with solar installations.
  • Familiarity with the design and construction of large-scale solar projects.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and internationally.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
