Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Germany – someone eager to take ownership, grow with us, and genuinely develop operations from the ground up .

What You’ll Do

• Oversee reactive and preventative maintenance processes and provide technical insights to optimize system performance.
• Conduct on-site activities like inspections, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting while offering remote support for PV systems.
• Assist in the commissioning of new commercial and utility-scale solar systems, ensuring smooth handovers between construction and O&M teams.
• Manage and organize the daily work of third-party O&M providers.
• Collaborate closely with customers, subcontractors, and our international teams to ensure exceptional project execution.

This is a role where you can take ownership, solve problems, and have a real impact on operations while growing professionally.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in the O&M field for commercial/utility-scale PV systems .
• Solid understanding of different PV systems, software tools, and IEC/VDE PV standards .
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy , or relevant qualifications (e.g., Electrician certification).
• A self-driven, problem-solving mindset with great organizational and time management skills .
• Ability to work outdoors, tackle hands-on challenges, and travel across Europe.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with work management tools.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• A valid driver’s license .
