How you’ll help us:
As a MRO Procurement Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for all overseas indirect material procurement.
- Develop suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage suppliers according to demands.
- Cooperate with the demand department for supplier certification.
- Be responsible for timely procurement invitations, business negotiations, contract signing, and other work.
- Collect and analyze market information, master the market supply and price trend, analyze and calculate the cost composition of the project, and improve the cost reduction rate within the budget.
- Be responsible for risk assessment and analysis of the procurement projects.
- Optimize the relevant flow system.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and department leaders.
Your background and skills:
- Good business sense and negotiation skills.
- More than 5 years of purchasing experience, at least 2 years of indirect material purchasing experience, with strong price analysis and cost control ability.
- Familiar with procurement and bid invitation processes, with strong resource development ability; group procurement work background and vision is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, good MS Office skills.
- Business fluent in English and local language. A third language is a plus.
- Work carefully and responsibly, have a good sense of teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
