Solutions Driven is recruiting on behalf of a client, which operates in the construction services field.
About the role
- Owns the full expatriate lifecycle end-to-end (assignment setup, changes, repatriation)
- Acts as the main point of contact for expats across all topics (e.g. tax, visas, assignment changes, personal matters) and serves as trusted advisor
- Conducts regular check-ins, proactively identifying risks and addressing employee needs early
- Partners with HR and operations to align mobility solutions with business needs
- Manages and coordinates external vendors for a smooth case execution (immigration, tax, relocation)
- Ensures compliance with immigration, tax, and local regulations
- Identifies gaps in the expat journey and drives continuous improvements (e.g. onboarding, integration, policies, processes)
Requirements
- 2~4 years’ experience in HR. Previous exposure to global mobility or employee relations is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Experience managing stakeholders hand handling sensitive topics with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and coordinate with external vendors
- Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with evolving structures
- Strong ownership mindset and hands-on approach
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our project sites in Germany
