We are currently seeking a Testmanager SAP (m/w/d) for our client in Cologne.

Responsibilities

1. Establish systematic test management to ensure the quality of ReBe rollouts.
2. Embed and implement quality standards in product testing.
3. Operationalize the testing framework concept.
4. Optimize collaboration between R&D and Business Operations.
5. Improve testing standards.
6. Monitor and support new processes.
7. Support and optimize test automation strategies and their operationalization.

Requirements

1. Experience in test management.
2. ISTQB certification.
3. Knowledge of agile testing methodologies.
4. Familiarity with AI and AI tools for testing support.
5. Project and change management skills.
6. Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build.
7. Effective communication skills tailored to different levels and knowledge bases.
8. Consultative approach with flexibility in methods.
9. Valuing individuality while maintaining standard practices.
10. Goal-oriented and solution-focused approach.
11. Team spirit.
