Customer Success Manager (SaaS) | Germany | Remote
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager for a growing PropTech company in Germany.
You'll work closely with customers across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and account growth, helping real estate organizations drive digital transformation and maximize value from a leading SaaS platform.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, Pre-Sales, Implementation, or SaaS
- Real Estate / PropTech experience is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- German and English (native/fluent)
- Experience with real estate software, property management, asset management, or digital transformation is highly desirable
Remote in Germany
€70,000 – €90,000 + Bonus
