Responsibilities
Conduct HPLC analyses for release and stability testing of small molecules and professional use of various HPLC separation techniques. Conduct Dissolution analyses for release and stability testing of all solid dosage forms. Work collaboratively on method validation and verification to support drug development program. Data interpretation and exploitation in CDS. Documentation of analytical raw data according to ALCOA+ (paper, CDS and LIMS). Organization, implementation and control of maintenance and qualification work for analytical devices. Carrying out general activities to maintain GMP laboratory readiness. Qualifications
Lab technician with relevant professional experience in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical environment. Very good HPLC/UPLC knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical analysis. Confident handling of computerized systems, experience in Chromeleon is an asset. Experience in Dissolution analysis and/or compendial testing is an asset. Structured, team-orientated with strong communication skills. Good command in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
