We are looking for an EUC L1 Technician to provide hands-on deskside and field IT support for end-user devices, hardware, peripherals, and approved software.
- Set up, configure, swap, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
- Install and replace monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and printers.
- Perform basic Windows/macOS, connectivity, application, and hardware diagnostics.
- Assist with device enrollment, MFA setup, and user profile validation.
- Maintain asset inventory and update CMDB/ticketing records.
- Support office moves, equipment changes, and device deployment activities.
- Document work performed, test results, and asset details accurately.
- Follow customer procedures, information security policies, and site safety requirements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to EUC L2 or the relevant support team.
- Windows 10/11 and basic macOS troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID fundamentals.
- Intune, SCCM, or equivalent endpoint management tools.
- ServiceNow, Odoo, or other ticketing systems.
- Basic TCP/IP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 1-3 years in desktop support, deskside support, field services, or IT service desk.
Relevant Microsoft or OEM certifications are an advantage.
