Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the company's digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, improving organic search visibility, creating high-performing marketing content, and identifying new opportunities to generate qualified leads.

This is a senior-level, highly autonomous position. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and enough leadership experience to independently develop marketing initiatives rather than simply execute assigned tasks.

Previous experience marketing within theHVAC, plumbing, electrical, or broader home services industryis highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and business growth

• Identify new marketing opportunities based on market trends and campaign performance

• Continuously optimize marketing initiatives to maximize return on investment

• Recommend new channels, tools, and campaigns to improve overall marketing performance

Paid Advertising

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

  • Google Ads

  • Google Local Services Ads (LSA)

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and lead quality

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization

• Improve conversion rates through ongoing testing and refinement

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis

• Optimize website content and landing pages for search performance

• Monitor website traffic and search engine performance metrics
