To support our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented: Finance Coordinator (m/f/d) – Frankfurt am Main Responsibilities Review, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices Support with monthly and annual financial statements Preparation and administration of customer invoices Support in accounts receivable management and collections processes Assistance in client management through reliable support of internal and external stakeholders, as well as handling administrative customer inquiries Support in order processing, including preparation of documentation, maintenance of customer records, and coordinated communication with clients Close collaboration with the sales team by preparing relevant information, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal coordination processes Review and follow-up of internal approval workflows Support within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process and other general commercial and administrative activities Participation in the optimization of internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration and a high level of service quality Qualifications Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Office Management Assistant, Tax Clerk, or a comparable qualification – career starters with strong academic results are also welcome Initial or several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related commercial functions, or a solid understanding of financial accounting and bookkeeping principles Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing processes is advantageous, but not required Experience with DATEV is considered a plus, but is not mandatory Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style combined with a strong service mindset Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
