Ihre Tätigkeiten:

• We need a full-time Field Engineer for a 2-year assignment, renewed on a 6-month basis.
• Preferably native German speaking with proficiency in English, capable of working on-site at our customer in Hamburg.
• Technically capable of working with remote L2 teams to resolve technical issues at customer sites in and around Central Europe, based out of Hamburg.
• Work alongside a second engineer as an expert on customer requirements in the area of WAN, LAN, IPT, and other service towers.
• Normal working hours with stand-by duty on a rotation basis, willing to attend calls to resolve incidents on a 24x7x4 basis.
• Compensation for working beyond 40 hours a week through off time during normal workdays or overtime payments.
• Technically qualified graduate engineer with CCNA or other certifications in Cisco routers, switches, voice gateways, network acceleration products, etc.
• Willing to travel around Europe for installations, de-installations, site surveys, incident resolution, and attending customer meetings.
• Very good communication skills with customers and L2 teams, and a good team player.
