We offer an international and thriving environment.Responsibilities:- Be the main point of contact for the Glion Alumni supporting the development of a global ambassador network, events, and a joint plan of activity for the community- Build personal relationships with influential / active Alumni globally, proactively targeting certain Alumni to ensure long-term engagement of the Glion Alumni ranging from communication plan, commissioning content (from newsletters to job feeds) and ensuring Alumni service requests are managed; to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes- Support the team in the organization of events, focusing on marketing and the promotion of ticket sales for global and regional events. Ensuring pre-, during and post-event activities are amplified across the relevant channels- Supporting various Glion/Sommet stakeholders who need to connect with Alumni (eg supporting the Glion Networking Committee, academic teams organizing field trips, Executive Master s residential weeks, Career Counsellors and host alumni visits & events eg. Reunions, activities during on-campus Recruitment Days- Present the AVP to Bachelor s students in their final year and the Master s students, promoting opportunities to the showcase alumni achievements through written stories, film interviews, and present those stories in engaging ways on social media, Alumni School website and internally, in collaboration with the Glion Brand Marketing team- Build strong B2B relationships with key Alumni in large or growing businesses that can provide internships for students and/or employment for graduates and alumni- Manage and report on access to Glion Employer Partner contacts and job boards and build a directory for alumni to list their businesses/entrepreneurial ventures and/or fundraising with internal teams to provide career services to alumni and library services on request (eg. Access to e-library resources)Profile and experiences:- A Bachelor s degree in English, hospitality business, public relations or a related field, or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant role in the education sector or in a customer-service role focused on the management of customer loyalty and engagement in an industry that is focused on delivering premium luxury consumer experiences- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage with and influence all levels of an organization, an ability to network with the alumni community, student body, faculty members and industry partners- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written skills - French and other languages are a plus- Flexibility in terms of working hours and driving licenseGIHE Sàrl, Route de Glion 111, 1823 GlionType of contract: undefined period of time contractActivity 100%Start date: To be discussed jide868806aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
