Role Overview Academic Operations Coordinator (Arabic-speaking) Role Overview Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the Academic Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the academic, operational, and cultural integration of Arabic-speaking B2B students at Les Roches. The role acts as the key liaison between students, academic departments, Student Services, Operations, the Internship Department, and external B2B partners. With the primary focus is supporting Arabic-speaking B2B students and partners, the Academic Operations Coordinator is a member of the Student Services team and will provide operational support across the department and contribute to institutional priorities as business needs require. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. French is an advantage. Academic Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between academic staff, operations, internship dept and B2B stakeholders project partners Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of academic and operations logistics, and monitoring/tracking of candidates progressions. Coordinate academic calendars, schedules, materials, and documentation Support operations and academic partners with administrative and operational needs Liaise with Arabic-speaking clients and students Operational Coordination Coordinate operational processes related to academic activities (logistics, onboarding, documentation, reporting) Collaborate with project and program teams to ensure smooth execution of academic initiatives Organize and coordinate student field trips Track operational milestones, deliverables, and timelines (including active support with the internship department) Coordinate with the Internship Department and relevant stakeholders to support B2B students throughout the internship process, ensuring operational, administrative, and logistical requirements are effectively managed and that students receive appropriate support. Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting relevant to academic and behavioural operations Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery Communication Stakeholder Management Facilitate clear and effective communication between academic operations teams, as well as third party stakeholders. Build strong relationships with students, faculty, operational teams, internship services, and external partners. Act as the communication bridge between Arabic-speaking students and the institution. Guide students in understanding academic, operational, internship, and institutional requirements, ensuring they are aware of expectations, responsibilities, and available support throughout their programme. Prepare and circulate briefings, reports, presentations, and meeting summaries Support relationship management with all involved stakeholders Ensure that concerns are communicated promptly and resolved collaboratively. Work closely with Student Services and academic leadership to ensure appropriate follow-up on student welfare and conduct matters. Quality Compliance Ensure compliance with internal policies, academic standards, and Swiss regulatory requirements where applicable Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with audits, evaluations, or accreditation-related activities if required Required Qualifications Skills Essential Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) French is also welcome Experience in a coordination, program management, or operations role Exposure to academic, educational, or internship placement environments Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work across cultures and navigate complex organizational environments Able to manage problem solving with efficiency and promptness with diplomacy skills at all times Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support a wide range of operational priorities within Student Services.
